Alver Valley Garden Centre
A new build garden centre complex built on former MOD land in Gosport including an extensive plant area, restaurant, community rooms and a new car park.
Services ranged from feasibility and planning through to detailed design and contract administration.
The project also included the integration of a council owned country park and an historic living village attraction.
