Modernisation and extension of a 1920s seafront dwelling overlooking the Solent. It included a gym, home office and improved living areas along with an increase in bedroom sizes and the incorporation of en-suite bathrooms.
Project involvement ran from concept design, through planning to the detail constructional information.
