A replacement garden centre for Squires on sensitive land in Haliford near Shepperton.

The project included initial feasibility, planning, detail design and contract administration on a complex site partially within the flood plain.

Detail flood control measures were incorporated including a huge SUDS system below the main car park.

Underfloor heating and a commercial air source heat pump were installed.
